Storytelling User Experience Design Process
Every great product begins with a great product story.
I practice Storytelling + User Centered Design process to create awesome digital products that add value and make your user feel awesome. In my 17+ years of design career, I’ve proven that we understand our users better when we empathize with their problems and tell stories that help shape better user experience for the products we build. Getting users involved from beginning of the project helps designers create user profiles, define user goals, task analysis, and receive more thorough feedback during prototyping phase to validate user needs, before spending engineering resources to build final product.
